COUPLES SESSIONS - FACE TO FACE AND ONLINE

MyMind provides counselling and psychotherapy sessions for couples. Couples counselling or therapy can help a couple gain better insights into their relationship, resolve conflict, and generally improve relationship communication and satisfaction.

The cost of a 50 minutes couples session is €60, and an extended 100 minute couples session is €120.
It is also possible to avail of discounted packages: a package of six 50 minutes or a package of three 100 minutes couples sessions costs €324.

In order to maintain the integrity of the service, our policy at MyMind is that if a client is attending couples therapy, that client cannot attend an individual session with the same mental health professional providing the couples session.

All couples counselling or therapy is available face to face at one of MyMind’s centres in Dublin, Limerick, Cork or online nationwide.

In order to have the best counselling or therapy experience, there are a number of things for you to consider before booking a couples session:
● Ensure you are both committed to therapy
● Find a counsellor who suits you both
● It’s important to free up time to prioritise your sessions, so make sure that your schedules are clear. and you can prioritise your session
● In advance of starting your sessions, discuss your shared goals for therapy with your partner. It is very important that you are both aligned as to what you want to achieve.
If you are attending a face to face session, in order to get the maximum benefit from the session, please make sure that you are both on time.
If you are attending an online session, it is necessary for the couple to attend from the same device, so please make sure you are both visible on the screen.
