Maternal mental health talk in Limerick

A free maternal mental health talk will be hosted by MyMind and two other charities in Dooradoyle Library in Limerick this Thursday, June 14th.

MyMind Limerick, along with ABC Start Right Limerick and the Limerick Mental Health Association have teamed up to invite local mums to an information, education and advice session.

The talk, which is open to mums of infants to teens, runs from 7pm – 9pm with three expert mental health speakers covering topics such as early brain development, tips for supporting your child to grow and learn, why early relationships matter for babies and young children; mental wellbeing, parental support, and relationships within the family.

There will also be a Q&A session at the end of the talk and a chance for attendees to share their own experiences with parenthood.

For more information on the talk, call MyMind Limerick at 083 101 2484 or email limerick@mymind.org.
