About me:

Amanda holds an Honors degree in counselling and psychotherapy obtained from the Irish College of Humanities and Applied Sciences. She has great compassion when counselling and believes that everyone has the capacity and the inner strength that can be utilized to live a happier and more fulfilling life.

Amanda works with a humanistic-integrative approach that is based on a strong therapeutic relationship in which clients can feel heard and that they are not alone with their problems, and which approach allows her to tailor the therapeutic process to the client’s needs.

Amanda's believes her life experiences in different countries and having a multicultural family give her an open mind embracing the diversity of individualities and the colorfulness of different cultures.

Through her work Amanda provides a safe, non-judgmental, empathetic environment in which clients can gain a better understanding of their past and present, strengthen their identity and confidence, and plan or work towards a more satisfying future.
