About me:

Morgan (she/her) is a qualified practitioner who holds a MA in Counselling, Psychotherapy, and Spirituality from St. Paul University, Ottawa, Ontario and is a pre-accredited psychotherapist with the NAPCP.

Morgan works in collaboration with individuals to build a strong therapeutic alliance, which is fundamental to the healing process. Her approach to psychotherapy is holistic, trauma-informed, and incorporates various techniques from Somatic Experiencing and Emotion Focused therapy. My eclectic, client-centred approach aims to meet the goals and needs of the individual while promoting self-attunement and growth.

Morgan’s has a particular interest in working with individuals who have experienced sexual assault in their life.

Morgan prides herself on being open-minded and non-judgemental, both as a person and a therapist. She is comfortable working with individuals from all culture backgrounds, sexual orientations, and genders.
